1. Scope

Booking the Roma284 apartment through this website implies full acceptance of the terms below.

2. Booking and payment

  • A booking is confirmed once payment is received through the booking system integrated into the website.
  • A confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the guest.

3. Flexible cancellation policy

  • Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before the scheduled arrival date.
  • If cancelled within that window, the amount paid is fully refunded using the same payment method.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival are not eligible for a refund.

4. Check-in and check-out

  • Check-in and check-out times are specified at booking and can be agreed upon.
  • Self check-in instructions are provided before arrival.

5. Use of the property and liability

  • The apartment must be used in compliance with all laws, building regulations and good-neighbour rules.
  • Parties, subletting and hosting unregistered guests are not allowed.
  • Any damage to the property, furnishings or equipment is the guest's responsibility.
